By accessing the Howiework website or utilizing our digital strategic consulting, branding, or web development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Scope of Services & Deliverables

Howiework delivers digital transformation strategies, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) web design, and multimedia branding solutions. Detailed scope, timelines, and deliverables for individual client projects are governed by separate, formal project agreements.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Work: All content, graphics, custom frameworks, and design materials created by Howiework prior to or outside of specific client contracts remain the intellectual property of Howiework.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment for a completed project, final customized deliverables and brand assets are transferred to the client, while Howiework retains the right to display non-confidential visuals in work portfolios.

Limitation of Liability

Howiework operates as an agile, user-centric agency. While we strive for absolute technical performance and visual polish across all platforms, Howiework is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party platform changes, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
